Exchanges & Store Credit Exchanges for a different size or style, as well as store credit, are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective and must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
Return Process All approved returns require the item to be shipped back to us before a replacement, exchange, or store credit can be issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged due to shipping.
